𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀:
1. The competition is open for all URSC students who does nail art, or a certified nail tech.
2. Contestants must have Spectrum Stickers as an act of registration to enter the competition.
3. Contestants must follow the given theme and inspiration.
4. Contestants will have 2 and a half hours to complete their art.
5. Contestants are allowed to use any tools and materials that they needed during the competition.
6. Contestants must have a model, it could be their classmates.
7. The nails of the models of the contestants are required to be pre-prepared nails. The competition will focus on the nail art application and design.
8. Contestants are required to adhere to the rules. Time overruns, inappropriate behavior, will be disqualified.

In the Philippines, the 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘂𝘀 (𝗛𝗜𝗩) is an important concern for the nation's public health, while the 𝗦𝗢𝗚𝗜𝗘 (𝗦𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻) 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹 is a proposed legislation aimed at promoting and protecting the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals. Two of the significant concerns that affects the q***r community in the Philippines.

The 𝗨𝗦𝗦𝗚, 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺, 𝗘𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗔𝗢 collaborated to foster the knowledge of our students, and we can say that they serve and ate! The 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗖𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 is committed to educate and ensure the protection of the students against any form of discrimination through the seminar.

While attendance at this seminar will be required for first-year students, we will also extend an invitation to higher-year students, recognizing that continued engagement with these topics can deepen their understanding and encourage them to act as allies and advocates.
