Team building is more than just a day out – it’s a chance to connect, recharge, and remember why we do what we do. By working together, we create a foundation of trust and support that enhances our passion for education and innovation.
Let’s embrace today with an open mind, a spirit of camaraderie, and a willingness to learn from one another.
Team-building is an opportunity for us to strengthen our bonds, share insights, and collaborate beyond the usual work environment. As we come together, let’s celebrate the strength of our team and our collective commitment to our students, their growth, and their success.
Here’s to a day of fun, laughter, and learning. Let’s make it memorable!
DAY 3/3 Part 2
MAPSA Antipolo Educational System Annual Retreat "𝙋𝙞𝙡𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙤𝙥𝙚: 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩"
Prayer is not only a private conversation with God but also a source of strength that propels us toward action. As Jesus spent time in prayer before acting, we too are called to draw from this wellspring of grace in order to serve with the same heart.
From prayer, we are called to move outward - into our communities, schools and homes - to serve others with the heart of Christ. Srvice is at the core of our Christian Mission. As Jesus taught us, "For even the Son of Man did not come to served, but to serve." (Mark 10:45). We are challenged to embrace this servant-leader model, caring for others in humility, love and compassion.
This retreat is also set within the greater context of the Year of Prayer, as we prepare our hearts for the upcoming Jubilee Year. The Year of Prayer is a call to return to the basics of our faith - prayer, reflection and spiritual renewal. It invites us to rebuild our relationship with God. As we look ahead to the Jubilee, a time of great grace and renewal for the church.
May this retreat strengthen our spirit, refresh our commitment to our mission, and fill us with God's peace. Together, let us continue to serve with LOVE, FAITH and INTEGRITY.

DAY 3/3 Part 1
MAPSA Antipolo Educational System Annual Retreat "𝙋𝙞𝙡𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙤𝙥𝙚: 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩"
Let us keep our minds open on the necessity of rest that renews not just the body but the soul. We plead to the Lord to teach us how to rest.
To embrace child like faith as educators we are called to trust, be humble and be docile in the will of the Lord.
We pray that we may be models of humility and openness to our students and colleagues.
Let us embody the qualities of a child - wonder, trust and childlike attitudes to the Father. May we learn to pray with a joyful disposition, humble simplicity and perfect dependence to the Father.
Lord teach us how pray, teach us how to rest, teach us how to serve and teach us how to be a child of God.

DAY 2/3
MAPSA Antipolo Educational System Annual Retreat "𝙋𝙞𝙡𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙤𝙥𝙚: 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩"
We have learned to rest in the Lord. We were taught to surrender all our cares to Him. To be a child before the Father became the echoing call for action. It is our hope that the rest and our trust to the Lord will lead us to concrete action - to our acts of service.
We have realized the importance of rest, trust and translating faith into action - It is to move for the mission.
However, we realized that indeed we cannot do it on our own. We realized that we can do nothing without our very source of rest, confidence and service. Thus, it is always important to call to God as our Father - Abba!
It is Jesus' teaching and as exemplified by Him - we have our Father in heaven. A Father whose compassion, mercy and love are incomparable. A father whose love will always draw us closer to him.
It is with this confidence that we have the courage to ask: Lord teach us how to be closer to you - Lord teach us how to pray.
Speakers:
Rev. Fr. Glenn William Z. Relucio. Ph. D.
Rev. Fr. Idris T. Francisco
Most Rev. Ruperto Cruz Santos, D.D.

DAY 1/3
MAPSA Antipolo Educational System Annual Retreat "𝙋𝙞𝙡𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙤𝙥𝙚: 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩"
Prayer is the foundation of our Faith. It connects us with Christ and opens our heart to His love, wisdom, and guidance. But prayer is also a call to action. Through prayer, we are strengthened and empowered to serve others with the same love and compassion that Christ has shown us. Our mission as educators is to bring this love into our classrooms, our communities and every interaction we have.
As we journey through this retreat, let us take the time to truly reflect on how prayer fuels our actions and how we can better serve with the heart of Christ. Through the Luminous Musteries and the teachings we will explore, we will find new ways to integrate faith into our daily lives and work.
May this retreat inspire us to transform our prayer into meaningful action, leading with love, humility and dedication to the mission of Catholic Education.
