MARAMING SALAMAT, SULTAN MASTURA

Very very grateful to LGU Sultan Mastura and RHU Sultan Mastura for the very very warm reception and allowing , the 62nd Naval Group Reserve Philippine Navy, the TIYAKAP of VG Bai Fatima Ainee Sinsuat and the LIMO of Congresswoman Bai Dimple Mastura to assist and support the conduct of Medical Outreach Program in Barangay Solon, Sultan Mastura, Maguindanao. RHU Sultan Mastura was one of partner RHUs in the conduct of the additional 20-day special vaccination days following the initial 5-day special vaccination days.

We are also very very grateful to the medicines and medical supplies shared to the RHU Sultan Mastura by IPHO Maguindanao headed by Dr Elizabeth A Samama MD and the Cotabato Regional and Medical Center headed by Dr Ishmael R Dimaren MD.

Tiyakap Dedikasyon Lakas Serbisyo Program of Provincial Vice Governor Bai Fatima Ainee Sinsuat cheered the occasion with their nice slippers and providing with LGU with lunch meal and mineral water.

Congresswoman Bai Dimple Mastura was also very kind to send bags of rice distributed with the dignity kits from the Ministry of Social Services- Barmm under the leadership of Minister MP Atty Raissa Jajurie.

Thank you thank you very much, 9th Field Artillery Battalion and the 92nd Infantry Battalion, both of the Philippine Army for the solidarity and support. The “A” Coy, 92IB joined TIYAKAP in providing hair cut services.

PRESIDENT FERDINAND ROMUALDEZ MARCOS JR swore to office the reappointed and new Members of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority, pursuant to Section 2 of Republic Act No. 11593 providing that the President may appoint the eighty (80) new interim members of the BTA who shall serve up to June 30, 2025 or until their successors shall have been elected and qualified.

RA 11593 has reset the election of the Members of the regular Parliament from being held and synchronized with the 2022 national elections to that in 2025. The President assured the attendees that there will be no more further extension in 2025.

The transition period for the establishment of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region shall commence upon the ratification of the Bangsamoro Organic Law and shall be shall culminate in the election and qualification of the Chief Minister under the first Parliament.

The transition shall prepare for the establishment of the regular Bangsamoro government as provided for in Section 4, Article XVI, RA 11054, including:

✔️ Enactment of priority legislations

✔️ Determination of parliamentary districts for the first regular election for the members of the Parliament

✔️ Organization of the bureaucracy of the Bangsamoro Government DURING THE TRANSITION, including the approval and implementation of a transition plan, and the institution of a placement process for hiring of personnel DURING THE TRANSITION.

✔️ Full transfer of powers and properties of the Autonomous Regional Government in Muslim Mindanao to the Bangsamoro Government, except those properties, land, and structures located outside of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.

✔️ The disposition of the personnel of the Autonomous Regional Government in Muslim Mindanao

✔️ Transition from the Autonomous Regional Government in Muslim Mindanao to the Bangsamoro Government, as provided in the Organic Law; and

✔️ Other matters that may be necessary for the protection and promotion of the general welfare of the constituents of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region.
