Had to change the dominant name because "Mind" is a reserved word. But I guess Metamorphosis ain't bad too.

DTI corresponded their post eval almost a week after their online approval. I was on my way to process my BIR for the OR. Good thing I had to delay it. Otherwise, there would have been problems along the way.

How to determine if you are getting help from a licensed mental health professional?

1. Go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/
2. Under PRC Online Services, click on verification
3. Select a tab and fill out the required fields
4. Select the profession from the drop down menu, type in the first name and last name, and click on verify
5. If the professional is a Registered Psychologist (RPsy), Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC), or a Physician (M.D.), their name will appear under the “Verified PRC Professionals”
