Running seems to have become more popular in the community. And with the upcoming marathons, runners have been training hard. While regular running is essential to build mileage, the question is what do you do to cross-train? How do you spend your active recovery days?
Don't forget to listen to your body. It might be telling you to vary your training; to switch to something slower; and allow your body to stretch, recover and rest.

There will be morning and afternoon classes on weekdays starting this September. If you are interested, let us know what schedule you’d prefer so we can create a timetable. These are also available as a private class so you can choose the time that suits you. Classes are only 30-45 minutes long so you can easily squeeze exercise into your busy schedule. Minimum attendance required to start a class.

The theme for this year's International day of Yoga is 'Yoga for Self and Society'. You are encouraged to share the benefits of the practice with your friends and loved ones. For 3 days from June 21 - 23, you can bring a friend to our classes.
Pre-booking is required.
We are gathering interest for our classes for older children and teens. Regular physical activity helps children and adolescents improve cardiorespiratory fitness, strong bones and muscles, and control weight. Mind and body practice such as Yoga and LesMills BodyBalance can help improve focus, balance and flexibility; and improves overall mental health. For parents, if you want to send your children to these classes, let us know.
For our teachers and students SHS and up, a limited number of class slots are available for you. Slot is free and can be availed once only. This is a reward for your hardwork during the past school year. Message us for details.
Get your cardio game on. Spinning, or indoor cycling has extensive health and fitness benefits. While waiting for our spin classes to start, you can test ride our bike, or rent them hourly. Body Bike, made in Denmark is one of the best indoor spinning bikes and used in many gyms and studios worldwide, and they are now in Kalibo.
Body Bike Element is a timeless indoor bike combining simplicity and elegance with functionality and first class quality. It has enclosed crank and flywheel, Kevlar lubrication free brake and high quality bearings, ensuring a smooth ride. The handlebars are coated with non-allergenic rubber. Chris and Era both work from home. Due to the nature of their work, they have decided to become more active and start exercising. Being new to working out, they looked for a place where they can confidently start at a pace that is suited for them, in a space that is not intimidating. They work in shifts, so we had to schedule the time and frequency of their sessions. So far, we have done sessions on strength training with weights, cardio, and flexibility and mobility. It will be a well-balanced training, and they will be guided all the way through.
If you're like them who'd like to be more physically active, we can help you with that. Don't hesitate to ask and we can discuss.
This heatwave seems to last longer than how we want it to be. Heat exhaustion is felt by many. While we have other ways to beat the heat, have you tried including Yoga in your regimen? Yoga not only helps lower the core temperature of the body. Maintaining a proper physique and posture boosts overall body functioning too.
There are many other asanas that you can do apart from the ones pictured above. Go ahead and try!

From the inquiries that we've received since our studio opened and the conversations we've had, lack of time is one of the reasons for not starting any fitness activity. While some have tried working out at home, they found it inconvenient with the many distractions.
We're opening our studio during non-class hours for private sessions and workouts. You can have the studio to yourself or your chosen circle.

The studio was filled with smiles this past weekend. It was all about celebrating womanhood, discovering new things, and reuniting with friends. Big thanks to all the ladies who joined our special Women’s Month classes.

March 8 is International Women's Day. And for the whole month of March, women's role in history is celebrated. We have come up with these special classes to celebrate the women in our lives. These classes are totally free. So invite your mothers, sisters, girlfriends, colleagues, classmates; all the women who matter to you.
To book these classes, just send us a message. You may leave a comment and tag your friends who are interested. It will be in our Google form for online booking.
Ripple is also open to companies or organizations who would want to organize classes exclusively for them.
