Relief Operations was conducted by the Albay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and partners last October 30, 2024 and October 31, 2024 among families grossly affected by Typhoon Kristine on the following areas:

Barangay Marigondon, Pioduran Albay

Aeta Community/ Indigenous People at Santo Domingo Albay

Selected barangays of Libon, Albay

800 Families affected by the said typhoon benefited the Relief Operations.

The PHILIPPINES CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OF HONG KONG and MACAU (PHCAM) visited Legazpi City, Albay last October 15-18, 2024.
The Albay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) in collaboration with the LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF LEGAZPI (LGU Legazpi) thru Legazpi City Local Economic and Investment Promotion Office (LEIPO), Legazpi City Tourism Office (L CTO), Legazpi City Planning and Development Office (LCPDO), PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ALBAY (PGA) thru the Provincial Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office (LEDIPO), Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO), Public Information Office (PIO), DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY (DTI), Southern Luzon Technological College Foundation, Inc. (SLTCFI) and other partners has welcomed the Investors from Hong Kong and Macau.
The coming of the guests in the Province is a manifestation of the possible global business ventures and economic exchanges between nations, advancing to technology- driven business innovations as well as environment- friendly solutions addressing to the present and long-term needs of the Albayanos.
The ACCI and PHCHAM has sealed its partnership last October 16, 2024 as they forged Sister Chamber Agreement nurturing better friendly relations, sharing opportunities for the economic development, promoting commercial interchanges and mutual assistance as both chambers is working hand in hand in promoting socio-economic cooperation towards realization of an inclusive growth and country-side development.
