When I was still in the corporate, I look forward to the weekend not because I'm tired of the busy workweek, but because I am usually attending a training, an event, a book sale 😉, a talk or any activities outside work that I know will add value to my "future self".

I am a life-long learner and it makes me excited to learn something new in relation to whatever goals I've set up in any given time.

it resonated with me as I felt and I do continue to feel on how it was/is to go outside our comfort zone 😀

I had had a lot of "flight or fight mode". Some are nerve-racking 😅

Dealing with our weaknesses for example, it actually takes courage and awareness - humility even, to say that we don't know a certain task or skill.

Being and , we will be faced with a lot of things we don't know.
The ability to deal with that is a great step towards reaching our and .
