Job description:

• Responsible for creating the visual elements of a show
• Use technical graphics software packages such as Adobe CC and Toon Boom Harmony to create
accurate, detailed frame-by-frame visuals;
• Develop the timing and pace of movements of a character or object during the sequence of images
and ensuring they follow the soundtrack and audio requirements;
• Work to production deadlines and meeting clients’ requirements;
• Communicate the proposed image and artistic vision of the client as guided by the Creative
Director and/or assigned Animation Supervisor;
• Any other tasks as required by the Creative Director and/or assigned Animation Supervisor.

Technical Skills:

• creativity and imagination
• good drawing or modeling skills
• acting skills to bring characters to life
• accuracy and attention to detail
• the ability to take direction
• good computer skills, preferably including graphics and animation software (Adobe CC & Toon
Boom Harmony)
• the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• good teamwork skills

Qualifications:

• With personal computer and internet connection

• WFH while ECQ is activated, will transition to office-based once lifted

Job description:

Coordinates the work of the whole production team from the Creative Director to the Artists.
Ensures that the quality and vision of the project is maintained, whatever problems may arise.
Keeps an overview of the entire process of the project from start to finish.
Prepares a schedule for the project and decides upon the teams and equipment needed.
Relays clients’ priorities to the Production Supervisor.
Monitors production schedule as to deadlines, deliveries and new projects.
Coordinates with the clients regarding the progress, delays and shortfalls of the project.
Monitors team resources for animators and freelancers.
Coordinates signing of contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements with freelancers.
Assists in the recruitment of artists/animators and Production Assistants.
Manages, motivates, and creates an environment conducive to achieving targets and meeting deadlines of deliveries

Qualifications:

With experience in any Animation Studio is an ADVANTAGE
Must be organised and tech savvy
Preferably with an internet connection and laptop/computer at home
WFH while ECQ is activated; will transition to office-based once lifted

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation or any related field
- Must have adequate knowledge with animation process and terms
- Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Tagalog
- Closely coordinates with the production team and scene build team for matters on client materials
- Collates and organizes materials from clients
