𝑰𝑪𝒀𝑴𝑰: Aquinas School Inducts Parents Council Officers for SY 2024-2025

Last Friday, September 6, 2024, the Aquinas School community celebrated the induction of the new Aquinas School Parents Council Officers (ASPC) for School Year 2024-2025. The solemn ceremony took place at the Santuario del Santo Cristo, with students, parents, school administrators, and staff in attendance.

The newly inducted ASPC is set to lead initiatives that will strengthen the bond between the school and home, focusing on enhancing the holistic development of every Aquinian student. Their dedication aligns with the school’s core values of Truth, Joy, Justice, and Compassion, as they commit to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for the entire Aquinas community.

Congratulations to the new Aquinas School Parents Council! We look forward to your leadership and collaboration in making this school year fruitful and meaningful.

𝑰𝑪𝒀𝑴𝑰: 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, Edreann King Marione DeTorres on your outstanding achievement!

On September 9, shortly after the morning assembly, Aquinas School, spearheaded by Ms. Sally Eslava, head of the Allied Science Department, recognized Edreann's achievement.

Edreann received a Merit Award in the Hong Kong International Science Olympiad Final Round and a Bronze Award in the Heat Round of the Hong Kong International Mathematical Olympiad 2024.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈:
Makeiden's fierce spirit in the sport of taekwondo capped a silver medal cadet at the recent PTA MAPASA PASIG CITY TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIP competition.

In one word, he described the championship as 'hell,' but thanks to his consistent training under Coach Matthew John Celiz, he succeeded. His accomplishment was recognized during the morning assembly by Mr. Joel Motin, and the Aquinian community applauded with joy.

May the Aquinian blazing spirit continue to inspire the athletes who represent the school with great pride!"

On September 1, 2024, Aquinas School's Team B Volleyball Team earned their first-ever triumph on the court!

Led and supported by coaches Erwin Elumbaring and Gian Marquez, Team B passionately played to the best of their abilities. They dominated the court against Spike and Serve Volleyball Academy with a 2-1 score, gaining their first win and earning a tremendous honor for their school.

Ipinapaalam po namin na ang naantalang kulminasyon ng Buwan ng Wika ay itutuloy bukas, Setyembre 6, kung walang suspensyon ng klase. Ang mga aktibidad ay magsisimula pagkatapos ng Banal na Misa. Gamitin po ang programa sa ibaba bilang gabay.

👉Ang mga mag-aaral sa Baitang 1-3 ay uuwi ng 1:00 ng hapon matapos ang salu-salo.

Suotin ang PE uniform para sa Misa at sa Laro ng Lahi. Dalhin na lamang ang kasuotang Filipino para sa iba pang aktibidad.

Inaanyayahan namin ang lahat na makiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2024 na gaganapin sa Huwebes, Agosto 29, 2024, sa ganap na 8:00 AM sa lungsod ng San Juan. 🌟

Sama-sama nating ipagbunyi ang ating mayamang kulturang Pilipino sa pamamagitan ng katutubong sayaw, malikhaing pagtula, at makukulay na kasuotan. Magkakaroon din ng masayang Laro ng Lahi at pagkakataon na masaksihan ang kahusayan ng ating mga mag-aaral mula Junior Kinder hanggang Senior High School. 🎉

Tayo'y magtipon-tipon upang ipagdiwang at ipakita ang ganda ng ating kulturang Pilipino!

Parents' Consultation Conferences are scheduled next week, August 27-29, 2024. Teachers are to send appointment slips to parents, bearing the schedule for the conferences. Dear Aquinians,

In accordance with the recent DepEd Memorandum No. 46, s. 2024 regarding the suspension of face to face classes due to the ongoing volcanic smog, please take note of the following adjustments:

🚫 No Classes for JK to Grade 3
Students in these grade levels will have no classes.

💻 Grades 4 to 12
Students from Grades 4 to 12 are required to access their Aralinks accounts via the LMS. Please follow the instructions provided by your advisers.
