Please be REMINDED that the deadline for Freshmen Online applications for the A.Y. 2024–2025 will be on December 31, 2023 only.
Furthermore, the Admission and Orientation Office will also be closed on the following dates:

Dear BulSU Aspirants:
Bulacan State University is pleased to open its Online Application for incoming freshmen for Academic Year 2024-2025.
Please be informed that interested applicants may access the BulSU Online Application starting on November 7, 2023 (Tuesday).
The Guidelines and instructions will be available on or before November 7, 2023. We urge every aspiring BulSUans to read the instructions carefully before heading to the website. Likewise, please make sure that the email address you will be using for the application is valid and active to receive notifications and updates regarding your application.
The application period ends on December 31, 2023.
Starting Academic Year 2024 - 2025, freshmen applicants for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing may only apply at the BulSU San Rafael Campus.
All Successful Applicants must submit the complete hard copy of the required documents on their specific appointment schedule between November 8, 2023 (Monday) until January 6, 2024 (Saturday) only.
1. Certified True Copy (with school seal) of SF9 in Grade 11.
2. Certified True Copy of Proof of Residency (Barangay Certificate)
3. Optional documents to be submitted (whichever is applicable)
Certified True Copy of Membership Certification / Barangay-issued
Certificate / ID of the following if the applicant is a:
3.1. Member of an Indigenous Cultural Community (ICC) / Indigenous People
3.2. Member of Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program (4Ps)
3.3 Student with Special Needs (SSN) and other types of disabilities.
3.4. Graduate of Alternative Learning System (ALS) (Accreditation & Equivalency Assessment and Certification).
Grounds for Disqualification of Application.
1. Misrepresentation of the information entered in any of the submitted forms (including but not limited to the application portal).
2. Violation of the application instructions.
3. Non-submission of documents as scheduled.
NOTES:
1. Transferees and Shiftees who attempt to apply through Freshmen admission will be blacklisted in all BulSU programs.
2. Students who have been admitted and enrolled in any programs will only be granted an honorable dismissal once the semester starts.

To proceed with the enrollment procedure and secure admission to the University, please submit the following documents starting August 1, 2023 until August 04, 2023 only.
1. Proceed to Admissions and Orientation Services Office.
A. Print out this email this will be serve as your Reservation Form.
2. Proceed to Infirmary for Medical/Dental Examination then present the following:
o Fill out the Student Health Assessment Form:

We would like to inform all Qualifiers that the pre-enrollment process for admission to the university must be completed on or before July 29, 2023 (SATURDAY) at the University Registrar, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Failure to complete the pre-enrollment process by the specified date will result in the forfeiture of your chance to be admitted to the University.
