APRIL 19, 2024 – Amidst the tranquil embrace of last Friday, YRSL volunteers orchestrated a symphony of compassion and dedication.

Their harmonious efforts saw them delicately repack goods, not merely as items but as tokens of promise for the Grade 1 students of Ilaya Barangka Integrated School through the EDUKASAN outreach program. The essence of this initiative extends far beyond the tangible goods — it speaks to the intangible magic of belief and support. Through their efforts, these volunteers crafted a bridge to a future where every child's potential is recognized and nurtured.

A special thank you resonates from the heart to the offerings and donations generously given by the JRU Alumni, as well as the moments of reflection and unity during Ash Wednesday and the Elementary Mass. These acts of kindness and spirituality have woven an intricate tapestry of support, enveloping the EDUKASAN program in a blanket of warmth and hope. Together, through collaboration and compassion, we paint a brighter tomorrow for these young minds, echoing the sentiment that unity and empathy can truly transform lives.

To all our creative CAFwas out there, here is an event that will surely make your upcoming CAF Week more exciting! In 𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅, we celebrate our heroes of the road though traditional and digital arts! 🎨🖌️

Both contests are open to all interested participants who want to share their creativity and support all the jeepney drivers to our fellow CAFwas. With the central theme of this year’s event, "𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱: 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲." CAF believes that art, traditional or digital, pieces have an influence to change the world and use it as a weapon to fight for the rights of our jeepney drivers or as we call them “𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘙𝘰𝘢𝘥.”

APRIL 03, 2024 – The Rizalian community experienced a profound and meaningful Holy Mass on Wednesday in the Octave of Easter.

The sacred gathering took place at the serene JRU Lower Auditorium, providing a conducive environment for reflection and spiritual growth. The Mass was a beautiful blend of prayer, scripture, and communion, reminding everyone of the significance of this holy season.

During the Mass, the students actively participated in various roles, bringing a sense of engagement and involvement to the ceremony. They listened attentively to the readings and Gospel, drawing inspiration from the timeless teachings shared. The music and hymns uplifted spirits, creating a harmonious atmosphere of worship and praise. This experience not only deepened their understanding of the Easter season but also fostered a stronger connection to their faith community.

As we reflect on this memorable Holy Mass, we are reminded of the importance of coming together in prayer and celebration as a community.
