Everyone is accepted in and by Christ. As His beloved, we are invited to partake in His body and blood. We are to be in communion with Christ and with everyone else.

Mary's birth marks the divine plan of God. Through her, salvation became possible for the world. Aside from giving birth to our Lord, she prays for us and she is our example of holiness.

Today we celebrate her birthday to give honor for her existence and obedience to God.

Mama Mary has an important role to us as Catholics. She is the mother of God, our model of faith, and intercessor.

As we celebrate her birthday tomorrow, it is only right that we honor and show her our love on this special day. Here are different ways to express our devotion to her. 💙

Never underestimate what the Lord can do even with the little that we have. In the aspects that we are lacking, He will equip us and provide for us. His grace is abundant and limitless.

On this Feast of Mother Teresa, we honor her because she inspired us to embrace the value kindness and genuine compassion.

Her life was a manifestation that the true measure of our generosity lies in the intention and spirit we have for others.

God loves it when we're truthful! Proverbs 12:22 reminds us, "The Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy." And in Proverbs 10:9, "Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out."

Being honest means telling the truth and being real in what we say and do, even when it’s tough. It shows our integrity—doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. As MFC Kids, let’s strive to cultivate honesty and integrity in our lives! 🙌💖

Here are the areas that received special recognition during our Mindanao IKC last weekend! A big thank you to all our committed Coordinators, Parents/Guardians, and Heart Champs who made a generous effort to bring more kids to our event.

Fear is normal but we can always teach the children how to overcome it so that they can challenge their limits.

Journey with them as they learn how to be courageous. These activities are healthy way for children to face their fears and overcome them.

Kids can also be strong & mighty just like Jesus 💪

St. John the Baptist paved the way for Jesus’ ministry and Divine will to happen. His martyrdom is a manifestation of his love for Jesus.

We honor him today for his courage to proclaim the truth radically. He did great things but for the glory of the Lord.

His humility and courage are values we can learn from this saint. How will you honor St. John the Baptist today?

Happy Feast Day St. Augustine! Today, we remember a wise man who loved learning and teaching others about God's love. St. Augustine believed in the power of faith and the importance of asking big questions in order to be transformed in God’s love.

As we celebrate his feast day, let's think about how we can be transformed in faith and love. Maybe we can study our faith or pray together as a family. How will you honor St. Augustine today?

St. Rose of Lima's life reveals that love and suffering are deeply intertwined. At a young age she already wanted to be a nun. She fasted and did penance in secret.

Her profound compassion and acceptance of personal hardships teach us that embracing our struggles with love can lead to us close to Love Himself-God.

St. Rose of Lima, teaches us to embrace our sufferings in order to be pure. Pray for us! 🙏

Today we celebrate the Feast of the Queenship of Mary! We honor Mary, the mother of Jesus, as our Queen. She helps us grow closer to her Son.

This training manual is designed to equip and inspire everyone involved in our MFC Kids section. The "Build Up Training" is our opportunity to grow as Heart Champs and Coordinators! This training focuses on enhancing our evangelization efforts—reaching even more children in schools and institutions.

SESSION TWO: How to Present MFC Kids and Personality Development

Mag uban kita puhon sa IKC 2024! 🧡

As a kid, St. Maximilian saw a vison of the Virgin Mary holding a red and a white crown. He was asked by Mary to choose one; white for purity or red for martyrdom, but Maximilian chose both.

Eventually, he became a priest and founded a religious magazine. He published several articles about fighting for Mary and his views on religion which caused him to be arrested. He volunteered to be tortured in place of a married man with children.

St. Maximilian chose to live a holy and radical life for Jesus. May we have the same bravery and strength to fight for justice and faith.

We celebrate the Lord’s Transfiguration because it is a manifestation of His divinity and power.

In this event, Christ proves that He is the light. God the Father also proclaims that His Son is divine. The presence of Moses and Elijah represents how the prophets and the law, the living and the dead, all attest to Jesus' identity as the Messiah and the Old Testament's fulfillment.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” Jn 1:1

Let His Word be marked deep in our hearts. Let it be our guiding light in life. For what could go wrong when His Words are God, Himself?

As a kid, St. John Vianney was already dedicated to his faith. He lived during the anticlerical terror phase of the French Revolution but he still did his first communion and confirmation in secret.

Later on, he became a priest and spent up to 16 hours reconciling people with God.
He was constantly drawn to God and bringing people closer to Him.

May we have the same passion and love for God and His people. St. John Vianney, pray for us! 🙏

If Jesus can control the weather with just a simple command, His power can calm our hearts and settle our anxious minds. We can always go to Him and ask for protection, provision, and peace. When things are rough, remember He is there in the boat with us. Trust in Him for strength. He will calm the storms in our lives. 💪

Today we celebrate the feast day of the founder of Redemptorist Congregation. St. Alphonsus Liguori dedicated his time and talent for the Lord. He became a priest, went on missions, and wrote books on moral theology. He offered all his gifts for the glory of the Lord.

May we also offer ourselves for Jesus.

St. Ignatius was doing good in the military but a canon shattered his leg. He came across books about the life of Christ and was deeply inspired to do great things.

He founded the Jesuits and wrote books on Spiritual exercises. He centered his life on Christ and on the value of obedience.

May we learn to do our missions like St. Ignatius, selflessly and in Christ.

St. Ignatius of Loyola, pray for us 🙏

Sts. Martha, Mary, and Lazarus are the patron saint of siblings. They are close friends with Jesus. He came to their home as a guest and was welcomed warmly by the sisters. When Lazarus died, they called on Jesus for help.

May we also cherish holy and happy friendships. ✨
