Are you pressed for time and needed a minimalist, quick workout routine?
The Deep 6 KB Workout from Master KB instructor Jon Engum covers all the fundamental KB lifts to get you stronger, burn belly fat and work on your weaknesses.
Pick a bell size that you can press at least for 8 reps. Set your timer to 20-30 minutes and perform as many quality rounds as you can:
5 reps on your non- dominant side - Swing, Clean and Press, Squat and Sn**ch, then do one Getup (down to the floor and back).
*Repeat the same exercises on your dominant side, focusing on proper breathing mechanics and tension on your working muscles.
