Here are highlights of yesterday’s successful webinar titled “Pet Ownership 101”, delivered exclusively by Narra Survival Camp to employees of TELUS International Philippines, one of Narra's corporate partners. This webinar is part of a monthly series of webinars on survival.

Prof. Jeremy Tamayo, Narra’s resident lecturer and facilitator, served as the webinar resource speaker. Jeremy is a passionate advocate of animal welfare, especially for dogs and cats. As a lifelong animal lover, he has devoted much of his personal and professional life to understanding and improving the lives of our furry companions. Jeremy is also a management consultant who applies his expertise to help organizations achieve their goals while fostering a compassionate and inclusive environment. Whether speaking at an event, consulting with clients, teaching in university, running an enterprise, or spending quality time with pets, Jeremy’s mission is to make a positive impact on both the human and animal communities.

Dr. Ser Peña-Reyes, Co-Founder of Narra Survival Camp, served as the webinar moderator and co-host. Also in attendance was Mr. Alf Peña-Reyes, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Narra Survival Camp.

Here are snapshots from the TELUS International University (TIU) Q2-2024 Virtual Roadshow (Sessions 1 and 2) done via Google Meet on June 18, 2024 (11:00 PM to 12:00 AM) and June 20, 2024 (8:00 AM to 9:00 AM). Narra Survival Camp, TIU's partner school, is deeply honored to have been part of these events, each of which was attended by about 700 participants. Dr. Ser Percival Peña-Reyes, Co-Founder of Narra Survival Camp, delivered a presentation on behalf of the school.

Founded by Mr. Alf Peña-Reyes in 2017, Narra Survival Camp is the first private survival school in the Philippines whose mission is to help people become “battle-ready” for emergencies by empowering them with practical knowledge on survival.

Mr. Lablin "Vince" Vicentuan, a Climate Reality Leader and seasoned educator, was the webinar resource speaker. He is a resident resource speaker of Narra Survival Camp. He holds a master’s degree in Education, major in Educational Administration, from the Ateneo de Manila University. He is a critic-writer at Broadway World Philippines. He teaches English and communication courses, including Art Appreciation and Critical and Creative Thinking, at De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde.

Serving as the webinar moderator and co-host was Dr. Ser Peña-Reyes, Co-Founder of Narra Survival Camp. Also in attendance was Mr. Alf Peña-Reyes, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Narra Survival Camp.

She studied BA History and MA Archaeology at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She is currently teaching in the same university. She sees endurance sports as her meditation and me time; movement and heritage are equally her passion. She is part of the editorial team of Pinoy Fitness, a running and fitness blog that has been around for the past 12 years.
