"Igalang natin ang desisyon ng mga mananampalataya sa mga kilos na kanilang ginagawa, nakataas man o magkahawak-kamay o magkahawak-kamay," Advincula said. "Ito ay dapat gawin ayon sa likas na katangian ng panalangin at bilang paggalang sa iba na naroroon sa pagdiriwang," sabi niya. Binigyang-diin din ng kardinal na ang Panalangin ng Panginoon ay βhindi lamang isang pormula ng panalangin kundi isang programa ng buhay Kristiyano na nakabatay sa Mabuting Balita na ipinahayag, nabuhay, at ikinamatay ni Jesus.β βIto, samakatuwid, ay humihingi sa atin ng pagbabagong-buhay na ginagawang ang kalooban ng Ama ang pundasyon ng ating buhay. Ang bunga nito ay ang pagmamahal natin sa ating mga kapatid,β he said.
