Monday - there's always something to complain about. The fact that the weekend is over (and that it ended ever so quickly), puts your mood on a flatline. It's not always that you dread going to work, but a few minutes as soon as you get to your desk, you already are overwhelmed with piles of task. You might even have leftover work from the week before - certainly not a way to begin your week.
After many years of working, I found a way to deal with 'overwhelm' or the feeling of being overwhelmed. There were times when I'd feel out of control and yet could not not find a way to really define or deal with it.

I discovered Joni Mitchell and fell in love with her music when I was 16. Among the cassette tapes I bought when I moved away for college was the Joni Mitchell album that had "Both Sides Now" in it. Like fine wine, this song became more beautiful with age.
