Danajon Double Barrier Reef update 1: In a meeting with the newly assumed Coast Guard District Central Visayas Commander, CG COMMO AGAPITO BIBAT. We are discussing a very important event taking place on 30 Aug 2023. This is in regards to the protection and preservation of the Danajon Double Barrier Reef within the jurisdiction of mainly Bohol but also Cebu and Southern Leyte. The Danajon Double Barrier Reef is among the only three double barrier reefs in the whole world and plays a major role within the marine eco system.
