PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT!

For the last day of registration, July 23, 2022, we would no longer distribute number as we will accommodate as many as possible to give way to those who were not able to be part of cut-off for the day due to the overwhelming volume or influx of people.

We are aware about the challenges and difficulties that you have been experiencing the past few days as we cannot accommodate and process all who lined up in the premises while being sleepless, hungry and tired. As an office, we want to give the best service to all of you but we can only do so much based on the available resources and limitations.

In compliance with the existing rules about last day of voter's registration, we will not impose cut-off. However, at exactly 3pm, we will measure and determine the number of people that we will process regardless of time and other considerations as we want to accommodate most, if not all of you, who lined up and patiently waiting for your turn.

Please bear with us and behave accordingly by observing the health protocols. Rest assured that we will accommodate as many as we could on the last day of voter registration.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Keep safe Pasayenios!

20/07/2022

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT:

Tomorrow, July 21, 2022, or 3 days before the last day of Voter's Registration, the cut-off per district is 250, meaning, a total of 500 pax for the whole Pasay City.

Due to the influx of people, we were not able to accommodate all those who waited to be processed after we completed the 300 cut-off today as our registration hour is from 8am-5pm. Thus, the remaining 80 that we were not able to complete will proceed tomorrow for their capturing and biometrics.

We are asking for your patience and understanding as we know the challenge and difficulties of getting the slots to be accommodated per day due to overwhelming influx of people since July 4, 2022. We personally saw the people who are lining up a day before just to get a number and be accommodated. However, as an office, we can only do so much with limited resources, both manpower and equipment. We are trying our best to cater as many people we can but we cannot process all as the influx of people is more than the number of equipment and manpower we have as an office.

Rest assured that those who will get a slot and part of the cut-off shall be comfortably seated upon entering the mall premises while observing the physical distancing and health protocols.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation Pasayenio!

PUBLIC ADVISORY:

Due to power outage, we were not able to complete those who applied for voter registration today. To give way to those who are affected, we asked them to go back tomorrow and scheduled their biometrics. Hence, we will go back to 200 cut-off tomorrow to accommodate those affected pasayenios.

We are asking for your patience and understanding as our equipment could not be compromised by recurring power outage thats why we deemed it wise to suspend the registration at 5:30pm today, which is already beyond the registration hour.

Thank you!

Dear Pasayenio!

What to do on May 9, 2022 National and Local Elections :

1. Subject yourself for temperature check upon entry to the polling place. Voters with 37 degrees temp or higher shall be required to rest and have their temp taken after 5 minutes. If temperature is still 37 degrees, you will be ushered to the Isolation Polling Place (IPP) and will vote there.

2. Wear face mask at all times and bring your own alcohol. Face shield and vaccination card ARE NOT required to enter your precinct and vote;

3. Bring your codigo (numbers corresponding to the names of your candidates);

4. Do not over vote (vote only for the number of candidates required for the office, over voting invalidates the votes for said position only and not the whole ballot);

5. Limit your stay in the precinct to vote for 5 minutes or less. Remember, we are still in a pandemic and we encourage voters to practice social distancing and the observance of the minimum health protocols;

6. Wear comfortable clothes and be sure to take your maintenance medicines and be sure to bring drinking water to keep you hydrated and some snacks while waiting for your turn to vote;

7. After casting your vote, feed your ballot to the VCM and leave the precinct. DO NOT take photo of your ballot which tend to show your vote;

8. Along the way, keep your patience.
