2024 COMMUNITY – BASED MONITORING SYSTEM (CBMS)
(Exclusive for Lanao del Norte Residents Only)

Please be informed that Philippine Statistics Authority – Lanao del Norte are in need of the following:

Position Title: CBMS Area Supervisor (CAS) and Enumerator (EN)

Employment Status: Contract of Service Worker
Place of Assignment: Field work in Different barangay in Iligan City.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ENUMERATOR(EN):
•At least SHS graduate, or have completed 2nd year college (old curriculum)
-for a SHS graduate below 17 years old, parental consent is required;
•Physically fit for field work (if female, must not be pregnant);
•Knowledgeable in operating android devices (tablets);
•Able to speak the local dialect;
•With the ability to deal with the public tactfully;
•With good moral character;
•Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and beyond 5:00pm, if necessary;
•Does not have any existing work contract with other office/agency; and
•Not related up to the fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity of the appointing/recommending officers direct/immediate supervisors.

Moreover, the following are the preferred qualifications:
•Preferably college graduate
•Preferably involve in the CBMS activities
•Preferably with work experience and training in census/survey undertakings of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA); and
•Preferably a permanent resident of the barangay he/she reside

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR CBMS AREA SUPERVISOR (CAS):

In addition to the minimum and preferred qualifications for ENs, the TS shall have the following qualities

•College graduate;
•Leadership potential;
•Alertness and interest;
•With good written and oral communication skills;
•Knowledgeable in Microsoft office and Google drive (Word, Excel, and PPT)
•With enough familiarity of place of assignment and able to speak the local dialect;
•With previous experience in the CBMS activities and any census/survey undertakings of PSA; and
•Preferably with supervisory experience in the CBMS activities and any census/survey or similar operations.
