This female patient underwent multiple procedures.It took her 5 months to finished her dental treatment.Why is this so.....????
First visit was extraction of her root fragment upper lateral incisor tooth which was malposed (position lingually or palatally).While waiting for the extraction site to heal, the central incisor which was badly carious lingualy and restoration was not possible, since that particular tooth got inflammed and produced fiistula before underwent RCT that tooks for 4 months.After those procedure was achieved , it's time to fabricate fixed Maryland bridge crowns.

A 16 y/o male patient exhibiting narrow arches, thus the orientation of the occlusion of upper teeth are protruding while the lower teeth are retruding due to crowding of upper & lower premolars on the left side respectively.It creates bilateral posterior crossbite on the right side of the arch off midline profile.

Upper almost complete denture and lower posterior bilateral removable denture fabrication.

A 13 y/o male patient exhibiting Class 1 Type 1 case.There is a crowding on the lower arch that exhibits deep bite and out of arch upper left canine.a.k.a high canine. Progress of treatment is ongoing....

A 22 y/o male patient exhibiting anterior open bite and crowding upper anterior teeth(central & lateral incisors) and posterior crossbite.

A male patient seek a total oral rehabilitation treatment. It took almost 1 1/2 months to finished the case.
First appointment was to removed or extract all root fragments on his upper & lower arch.After a month the patient had all his carious and a case of attrition teeth to be restored.Then take an impression to fabricate upper and lower removable partial denture.

Surgical excision of soft tissue (gingiva or gums).In this case, the patient had an impacted supernumerary teeth (excess number of tooth) and needs to exposed the erupting teeth inorder to allign the said tooth at the occlusion table.It took several months for the erupting teeth to be exposed.

Fabrication of upper stayplate partial denture.

Restoration of missing tooth in the upper & lower arch makes it somehow usher the normal set of teeth.

Progress of Class1 Type 1 orthodontic treatment case wherein the patient is exhibited off midline profile due to the removal of her permanent left central incisor in her elementary years..Need to regain the space of the said tooth and after a couple of months fabricate a provisional stayplate removable partial denture.

In her late 50's, this female patient is a first time denture wearer eversince she became edentulous. Finally have the urgency to have an upper & lower removable prosthesis to bring back her normal occlusion. The patient commented that it achieved her full arch restoration and looks like the same as if it was before.👍👍👍

In this case the 4 anterior teeth undergone RCT and dowel post fabrication.Last procedure done was construction of individual jacket crown.The patient here is opted to have the jacket crown to a much lighter shade from the normal shade of natural tooth and to have a veneer crown in the future in order to match the much lighter shade of the installed jacket crowns.👍👍👍

A female patient seek treatment to restore her loss teeth on the upper arch.In this case she has a periodontal problem on the remaining canines and need to be removed.After a month I recalled to have her upper arch impression to set a full setting of her upper arch and undergo trial fitting.After 3 days she has her full arch removable complete upper denture installed and very happy with her new smile.🙂😊😚

Progress of treatment after 1 month.The patient here is using posterior bite plane for atleast 3 months in order to increase his vertical height.Installation of his lower brackets is to be followed after the prescripted period of wearing the bite plane.

Upper arch is much protruded excessively while lower arch is in the retruded position with anterior crowding.Removal of 4 wisdom tooth both upper and lower is a must in this case.
Initial treatment was made is to fabricate lower inclined bite plane appliance and removal of or extraction of the 2 upper wisdom teeth.

Dilacerated roots is a developmental disturbance in shape of teeth.Generates a sharp angular curvature in the root.

Extraction or removal of this badly carious upper second right molar is very challenging procedure. It takes careful luxation in order to removed it( in situ) or as a whole or else the apical curvature portion of a root is prone to fracture.

An illustration that shows a badly carious tooth exhibits and for this matter it causes excruciating pain and therefore only two treatment options can be done. Either RCT (Root Canal Treatment) for it to preserved and not to removed from the socket of the jaw or Extraction or removal of the tooth from the jaw.The final decision is always up to the patient.🙂
