DISCS reminds students of our Load Revision Guidelines. All requests must be submitted through the official Load Revision system. Students must not approach faculty regarding load revision into their classes.
DISCS maintains a centralized load revision system.

Since regular and late registration will still be in progress, Load Revision requests for First Semester 2024-2025 will only be processed after 07 August 2024, when the status of remaining slots are more stable.

As a general rule, load revision requests are only approved for the following valid reasons:
- The student has a schedule conflict with other courses that have no other section available.
- The student was unable to enlist in a DISCS course for which they were properly advised according to DISCS policies on advisement and enlistment.

Student-Athletes requesting a change in schedule due to training schedules are required to submit an official endorsement from their coach or the Office of University Athletics, via email to [email protected].

In general, load revision requests will be rejected when the reasons involve:
- schedules being too early or too late in the day
- transportation issues
- personal external commitments

All other requests will be assessed on a case-to-case basis.
