• Failure to attend the orientation will be recorded on your Attendance Card, which is required for signing the clearance. It is imperative that you arrive on time to ensure your attendance is properly recorded.

• Students with legitimate reasons preventing them from attending must present a letter of excuse:
o SHS Students: Signed by the SHS Principal
o College Students: Signed by the Program Heads/Dean

• Exemptions for working students will be considered based on the certifications and letters submitted to the Office of the Students' Affairs (OSA).
