We have this meeting to discuss the intention of their developer to donate the road lots & open spaces to the city. We talked about the pros and cons & the consequences of the donation. Photo op after signing a Compromise Agreement which will benefit residents/families/ association members over lots located at Barangay Mohon, Talisay City.

Thank God for the guidance 🙏🏻❤️ and Thank u also to Mr Tereso Tan for executing a new SPA authorizing our City Mayor Samsam Gullas as his Attorney-in-Fact over the aforesaid lots.

This Agreement shall pave the way for the realization of the City Of Talisay's commitment to facilitate the CMP that will benefit SCLOMOHOA, its members, and all other legitimate associations attain their dream of acquiring titles over their land.
