1st NOCPMFC, 1st MP 605th Maneuver Company RMFB 6, TCCPS City Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development, CHMSU-Talisay University Student Government, Citizens Crime Watch, Alpha Kappa Rho Delta Rho Carmela Talisay City Chapter, Talisay Christian Assembly, DAALMHS SSG, Zephie Your DIY Party Buddy, CyberPlus and Dr. Frances J Porras conducted a Medical Mission and Outreach Program in Brgy. Zone 3 Covered Court, Talisay City last April 29, 2023.

Fifty (50) kids received school supplies and loot bags, thirty (30) kids were recipients of free consultation and free medicines, thirty (30) kids and adults availed free haircut. Free massage was also offered.

Other activities include zumba, story telling for kids conducted by Talisay Christian Assembly Youth Department, short talk with Ptr. Ronie Masa and games. Snacks and rice meals were given to recipients and volunteers.

ICARE PSV continues to live its mission by providing genuine care to the people in the community.
