LOOK I DICT introduces PNPKI and eGOV Super App to DARCPO

Key employees of the DAR Catanduanes Provincial Office (DARCPO) headed by OIC-Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II Nerisa B. Aldea attend the Orientation on the Philippine National Public Key Infrastructure (PNPKI) conducted by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) on April 1, 2024 at the DARCPO Atrium.

The PNPKI as introduced, is one of the current services offered by the DICT which aims to improve the delivery of government services to the public. It is a system of processes, technologies, and policies that allows encryption and secure data sharing intended for individuals and organizations using public networks. It aims to foster trust in the government by ensuring secure and reliable online transactions through the use of cryptography and the issuance of digital certificates.

Mr. Christopher C. Turado, Information Systems Analyst I (ISA I), also introduced the eGOV super app, otherwise known as eGov PH, a one-stop-shop mobile application that integrates multi-sectoral government services —a more simplified transaction and economical approach for the general public.

Other representatives from DICT present during the activity were Mr. Mark Andrew A. Erisare, Planning Assistant I (PLA I), and Mr. Kerbie R. Villanueva, Project Development Officer I (PDO I).
