To ensure a smooth enrolment process, all qualified first year students are advised to prepare the following documents, enclosed in a long brown envelope:
• Original copy of Report Card from Grade 12
• Original copy of Transfer Credentials (if Transferee)
• Original copy of ALS Certificate with remarks ‘Eligible for College Enrolment’
• Photocopy of authenticated PSA Birth Certificate
• Medical Certificate from the CatSU Medical Clinic
• Three (3) pieces of recent Passport size I.D. pictures
• Validation Certification for passed exams
• Two (2) copies of Accomplished Tentative Enrollment Form

1st Semester, Academic Year 2024-2025

1. Proceed to your College Building and present your Student ID card or COE as proof that you are a bona fide student of CatSU
2. Request for your duly accomplished Summary of Grades from the Enrolling Adviser
3. Wait for the issuance of your Tentative Enrolment Form (TEF)
4. Affix your signature on the TEF
5. Proceed to the College Personnel assigned for posting of course to be enrolled. Present your approved TEF and duly accomplished Summary of Grades
6. Wait for the printing and issuance of your Certificate of Enrolment (COE), and the release of corresponding number of class cards.

𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: Students who exceeded the required number of years (residency) to avail the Free Higher Education shall pay the assessed Tuition and Other School Fees.

1.1 Proceed to your College Building and submit the Enrolment Requirements to the Enrolling Adviser
1.2 Wait for the issuance of your Tentative Enrolment Form (TEF)

2.1 Wait for the printing and issuance of the Certificate of Enrolment (COE) and the release of corresponding number of class cards by the Registrar Staff.

𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝟑:
3.1 Proceed to the Corporate Business Operations (CBO) office and apply for your Student I.D. card.

𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄:
1. Request for the Medical Certificate at the CatSU Infirmary; and
2. Provide all Enrollment requirements.

𝐄𝐍𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
1. Original Copy of Grade 12 Report Card

𝗖𝗣𝗔 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗬 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧. Catanduanes State University passers of the 2022, 2023, and 2024 Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountants paid a courtesy visit to the University officials, July 18, ahead of their testimonial ceremony.

They were welcomed by the university officials led by Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Gemma G. Acedo. The passers were accompanied by the College of Business and Accountancy Dean, Ian V. Aranel, and Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) officers: Atty. Ralph B. Bodota, Joseph Allan B. Abundo, and Michelle F. Go.

From the accountancy examinations held between October 2023 to May 2024, the university has produced 25 new accountants.

1. Bag Basics! 👜✨
Only handheld bags, tote bags, and pouch bags are allowed inside the venue. Keep it light and easy, folks!

2. Bag and Tumbler Check! 🔍🎒
Bags and opaque tumblers will be inspected by our marshals. Huwag kabahan, mabilis lang 'yan!

3. No Liquor, No Problem! 🚫🍻
Any kind of liquors are strictly prohibited. Save the party drinks for another time!

4. Smoke-Free Zone! 🚭

The venue is a no smoking zone. Vapes, ci******es, and e-ci******es will be confiscated if caught. Breathe easy, everyone!
