Proudly announcing our First speaker Dr. Faryal Razzaq for Emotional Intelligence.
She will deliver a session on "Developing Emotional Intelligence".
Currently, she is an Assistant Professor of Management Sciences at SZABIST, Islamabad.

Education:
Dr. Faryal’s PhD is in Human Resource from Bahria University Islamabad and the topic of her PhD thesis was Emotional Intelligence (EQ) at workplace in Pakistan. She has proposed and developed an EQ model and scale for Pakistani work place setting as well (copy right from IPO Pakistan).

Ms Faryal has been an independent researcher/ consultant for prestigious groups like British council for their project in Jan 2016 & Community world service (A consortium of 70 countries under ACT alliance) in Punjab University, March 2017 and Peshawar University in Dec 2017. She was invited by Asia Metropolitan University, Malaysia and organizers of Asian Multi- disciplinary conference (AMDC 17) in Dec 2017 in Malaysia, to conduct pre- conference training on scale development funded by HEC, she also presented her research paper in AMDC.
She has been training faculty and students for qualitative and quantitative research and SPSS in different institutes across the Pakistan. Her area of training are Emotional Intelligence and Effective Change Management along with Research Proposal, Qualitative and Quantitative Research, Quantitative techniques in data Analysis, Scale Development, SPSS. She has working knowledge of Smart PLS, NVIVO and AMOS and SPSS.
