On August 11, 1947, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah addressed the First Constituent Assembly of Pakistan. The assembly was convened to formulate and draft the new country's constitution and to lay the foundation for its governance and legislative framework. Emphasized the principles of unity, faith, and discipline, which he believed would be crucial for the nation's success and prosperity. He urged the assembly members to work together with dedication and sincerity to build a strong, democratic, and progressive nation.

The outcome of his address was significant, as it set the tone and direction for the new country's legislative and political path. Jinnah's vision of Pakistan as a democratic state that respected the rights and freedoms of all its citizens became a guiding principle for the nation's early years.

Mr. Nawaz Hashmi will be covering this topic from different perspectives.

He is a lecturer at Hamdard University (School of Law). He is also the Social Media Convener at All Tajiran e Sindh Ittehad and a Research Scholar of Political Science.

The delegation of Pakistan Leaders of National Assembly (PLNA) led by Malik Muhammad Irfan Haideri visited IDEAS EXPO 2022 on November 17.

Members of PLNA visited national and international pavilions and met with some amazing people. It was a great feeling to see the standard of equipment made in Pakistan, which is obviously a good omen for the future of our beloved country. Looking at China's pavilion (🇨🇳) gave a feeling that Pakistan has a good friend for sure in the world.

Team PLNA had a chat with the Turkish Delegation (🇹🇷) and they were very welcoming and shared positive thoughts about Pakistan and the Pakistani people.

The best feeling was that all the international delegations were happy being in Pakistan and were sharing smiles all across.

Ms. Sana Sarfaraz (Assistant Director General PLNA) of Jinnah University for Women took part in the Subang Utang Model United Nations 2022, which was run virtually by the English Club of SMK Subang Utama (Malaysia). She was titled the outstanding delegate in recognition of his outstanding performance as the Russian Federation's delegate.
It is an international honour for her, and she deserves to be recognised.

Team Pakistan Leaders of National Assembly conducted their first ever physical meeting at the glamorous Lincoln Corner at Liaquat Memorial Library Karachi.
The meeting was supervised by our Director General Malik Muhammad Irfan Haideri and was attended by our honourable President Ayesha Rasheed, Officials, Directors, Brand Ambassadors and other team members.
Future plans were discussed and numerous activities were done to create an appealing atmosphere.
Each member of PLNA was enthusiastic to make this platform a monumental success. Stay tuned as we are going to be one of the best platform for the youth of Pakistan.

Ali Sohaib is a student of Centre of Excellence for Women's Studies, University of Karachi. He is an Activist involved in Humanitarian Work. He is a certified First Aider. He is an active member of Pakistan Leaders of National Assembly.
Shahmir Hussain is a national Archery player. He is a medalist in Mini Olympics 2019 and Student Olympics 2021. He is the founder and member of several Organizations. He is also Hafiz e Quran.

We pay homage to Muhammad Usman (Deputy Director Brand Ambassadors) and Ali Sohaib (Senior Brand Ambassador) of Team Pakistan Leaders of National Assembly on being conferred with Gold Medal by Vice Chancellor of University of Karachi.

Muhammad Usman is pursuing Law degree from University of Karachi. He has been working in youth build up activities. Like MUNs, Asian Parliamentary Debates and many more. He won national competition in Multan by presenting best social action project and got Youth Leadership Award. In recognition to this he has been granted Gold medal by Vice Chancellor of University of Karachi.

Ali Sohaib is a Human Rights Defender, Active Social Worker, First Aider and Trained Scout.
He had also played domestic cricket for Pakistan. He saved the life of a Chinese person after the drastic bomb blast at University of Karachi.

Independence is also a blessing as like other blessings. Ask about the importance of Independence from the people still in suzerainty of other nations.

Pakistan did not got independence within a day or over a night. It was a long struggle of years, a sacrifice of blood and sweat same as the sacrifice given by Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S), his family and companions so that the flag of Islam should never fall down.
The lesson we learn from this is that every great work demands sacrifice. You might not taste the results of these sacrifices but your future generations would.

From this young platform of PLNA we want to give a distinct message to the people of our country, especially to the youth of Pakistan. Our first love should be the State of Pakistan. Patriotism should be our first priority not nationalism.

Father of the Nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah said: If you build up yourself into a nation, give up this provincialism. Provincialism has been one of the curses and so is sectarianism,
The youth of Pakistan should unite the people of Pakistan towards the common cause of social and economic progress.

We feel sorry for the loss of precious lives in Balochistan Helicopter Crash.
Among the martyrs was the father of our Secretary General Laiba Amjad, Major General Amjad Hanif.

Major General Amjad Hanif was the Director General of Pakistan Coast Guard. A native of Rawalakot, AJK. He was commissioned in 19 Azad Kashmir Regiment in April 1994 and served for 29 years in Pakistan Army. He is survived by one daughter and two sons.

Team PLNA is with You Laiba. Head High, Your father was a brave son of Pakistan.
Remember every martyr in your prayers. May Allah SWT grant them highest place in Janah.
