We are excited to announce Humidity Spa’s first “Stretch, Sweat, and Sip” session this Thursday February 9th at 6:30 pm.
Hosted by Laura Cabral.

She will guide you thru a Power vinyasa class: starting with a warm up, then we add power to the flow and end with some stretching. We will move fluidly from one posture to the next while connecting with our breath and at the same time moving the body.
After the 45 min class we will then transition to a relaxing recovery session including traditional and infrared saunas and hot/cold tub plunges for another 45 min.
We will end the night sipping on a white wine selected and provided by .
