Apu Ausangate is one of the most important mountains of the Andean culture.
Apu is the name they give to the spirits / deities of a mountain.

Being here was a dream come true, so grateful to do this with such a special group and with a sacred medicine 🌵.

Peru was calling me for so long.. so happy that I finally honored that calling.

It's been sometime i've been looking for a new name to this project.
Sound was always an important part but was starting to feeling limiting having it as the name.
What i've been doing/sharing has been more than Music / Sound and connected with several areas of Personal Development, that was calling for a new name to open space for more things to come.
To Sound Healing, Singing Circle, Voice Activation.. other things can now join Human Design, Attachment Styles, Theta Healing, Sharing Circles and so on.

Munay is one of the Andean Codes.
Munay: It is the love, desire and power to transform your life as you best choose. Experiencing munay is the first power that one has to recover to embark on the path of evolution as absolute power over all things.

Unlocking the Heart.. we unleash our Power 🔥

The more I discover about myself, the more I can be of service to me and the world.
Much of my mission is to learn, experience and share. To help guide the energy and remove obstacles.

Don’t know about you.. but feel that I’ve postponed my dreams for way too long.

Feeling that I wanted to do something .. but was too expensive, maybe not for me, maybe I don’t want it so much, bla bla bla so much voices in my head.

At the same time I was always the first to motivate others to follow their dreams.

This contradiction came from the feeling that I didn’t deserve it.

Took me lots of time to finally change it, to feel that I do deserve it. With that everything starts to change and problems start to come with solutions, the creative mind starts to envision it and figuring out ways of making it happen.

This Valley was calling me for so long. Finally I honored the calling that I was feeling.

What has been calling you that you have been postponing ?

“Whoever you are or whatever it is that you do, when you really want something, it's because that desire originated in the soul of the universe It's your mission on earth”

Before singing circles and ecstatic dances my first contact with music, singing and expression was trough Hardcore and Metal music.

Was the first place I got to go experience really being free and a was place for me to fully express myself.

To move like I wanted, to sing to scream, to experience the energy of a group singing and vibing together.

It’s true that this “scene” had its downsides, but was the first time that I was exposed to oneness. If someone fell, we pick them up, we sing together as one, as brothers and sisters.

If you wanted to enjoy the concert standing still it was okay, if you wanted to dance like “crazy” it was okay, dress as you wanted, any age or gender.

In this heavy music scene some bands didn’t have such good message but specially hardcore music was very much about a positive attitude, of empowerment, of brotherhood of men, stepping into our power and community.

Even today I still hear a lot of this type of music, really activates something powerful in me, I use it to work out, to do computer work and even before a sound journey while I’m driving to the place, it’s a beautiful tool for me to releaseenergy.. so when I get to the event, I’m calm, stress free and empowered.

To climb 🏔 you need to start from the bottom

As some of you know the beginning of the year was very challenging for me, I caught covid and it really affected my lungs, I couldn’t do all the things I love and keep me happy and sane, singing, dancing.. even talking was a challenge for a long time.
At this time my demons came and visit me. I was forced to see lots of things I was avoiding. Expressing them, accepting them, accepting my self was a hard process.
This created a big shift in my life.
This popped the question .. so why do you want to be alive ? What do you want to do with your life ?
Step by step I was gaining the strength to say the things I needed to say, to accept the things I needed to accept and with that I started to get better.
I didn’t do everything perfectly, but did my best and had to learn that I need to find my peace in that.
One of the things that came to my mind was.. if/when I get better, f*ck it ! I don’t care about vertigo, I’m gonna climb to the biggest mountain in Portugal !
And this week I did just that, helping get some closure to this chapter.
Today I had a doctor appointment and he looked into the CT scan I did while I was sick and the new CT.. and he said I was very very lucky to be able to recover from the state I was.
I’m grateful for the people I had around me supporting me, without you I don’t know how it would be 🙏 love you

I struggled a lot with this thing of the purpose of life.. and I think it really comes to being there for one another and to be experience all that life has to offer.
This being said, it’s very possible that soon I will organize a retreat in Pico, Azores. This was an incredible experience and a magical island, part of the lost Atlantis they say.
Would love to get more people to know this island 🙏
