☆ Dry Ban Mian 🍜🍳🍜
Saucy and went well with their very own chili. Ban Mian isn't my thing because of how thick and uncooked it is when i have it. HOWEVER , THIS ONE OKAY LEHH~ 🤣 Ban Mian texture was thin and smoother than those i had and then was told it was freshly made by their own machine everyday. Yes, I AM IMPRESSED and that explains the smoothness and thinner texture i love. KUDOS TO EFFORT ! Ikan bilis was very crispy fresh and the chicken bits was decent soft too. Could do with less skin though. The egg was oozy and wobbly too. Personal Rating @ 4.3/5.0

☆ Soup U-Mian 🍜🍳🍗🍜🍖
Well i thought.. what could make this so special right? But.. a big shoutout to their addictive soup broth . It had a tinge of sweet after-taste from the pork bone & chicken stock. The minced chicken balls were tender and light too. LOVE THE SOUP! and this is very close to the one i had in the west years ago. Personally preferred it with more vegetables to enhance the sweetness of the overall soup though. Personal Rating @ 4.0/5.0

☆ Fried Chicken Dumplings 🥟🍗🥕🥟
The fillings had a nice ratio of minced meat and carrot bits which gave it the light and refreshing crunch. The skin was thick and decently fried. Pretty crispy when served. Personal Rating @ 3.7/5.0

☆ Steamed Chicken Dumplings 🥟🍗🥕🥟
The fillings were the same as the fried dumplings . The only difference is this skin. Skin was a tad too thick and clumpy at its folds though. But still a decent one to have with a dip in ginger vinegar sauce. Personal Rating @ 3.5/5.0
