Did you know that eating five-spice rolls, Ngoh Hiang (五香) during the Lunar New Year is a tradition for Fujian Province? Eating Ngoh Hiang means eating everything fragrant and expecting five blessings to your home in the coming year.
农历新年吃五香卷，是福建人的传统。吃五香卷，意味着吃香香，寄望来年五福临门。

Q&A:
Q: What ingredients are included inside?
A: Pork, water chestnuts, parsley, spring onions, carrots, 5 spices of course!

Q: Delivery available?
A: Yes, free delivery services are available for purchases above $100.
For purchases below $100, there will be a standard delivery fee of $15 due to CNY peak.

Q: Dates of delivery service?
A: Currently we only left Sunday delivery service before CNY which are 8th and 15th January 2023. Definitely self collection is available from Tues- Sun til 20th Jan 2023.

Q: Are the Ngoh Hiang cooked?
A: Yes they are steamed already and froze. You will just need to take them out and thaw for 10mins, then you can either steamed them or fry them to add more crunchiness to them :) YUMZ

Q: How long can the Ngoh Hiang be kept?
A: It can be kept in freezer for a month, as there are no preservatives added into them, best is to consume as soon as possible. Please do not freeze back after thaw to maintain its freshness and tastiness.
