Looking to strengthen your lower body? Wall squats are a perfect way to get started!

Here's how to do them:
1. Stand with your back flat against a wall, feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Slowly slide down the wall until your thighs are parallel to the ground (or as close as comfortably possible).
3. Hold for a few seconds, then press through your heels to return to starting position.

Wall squats target your quads, hamstrings, and glutes, all while improving your balance.

Here are some extra tips:
* Keep your core engaged throughout the movement.
* Don't let your knees cave in, keep them tracking over your toes.
* Breathe out as you push yourself back up to the wall.

Wall squats are a great exercise for beginners and can be easily modified as you get stronger.

想加强下半身力量吗?墙式深蹲就是个棒棒的入门动作哦!
怎么做呢?

背部贴着墙站立,双脚与肩同宽。
慢慢沿着墙往下滑,直到大腿接近地面 (或者是你能舒服到的最大限度)。
坚持几秒钟,然后脚后跟用力蹬地回到起始位置。
墙式深蹲可以锻炼你的股四头肌、腿筋和大臀肌,同时还能改善平衡性哦!

额外小贴士:
整个过程中保持核心收紧。
不要让膝盖内扣,膝盖要和脚尖的方向一致。
起来的时候呼气。
墙式深蹲非常适合初学者,而且随着你变得更强壮,还可以逐步增加难度哦!
