Inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Chaoshan cuisine and his parents’ love for cooking, Chef Daniel’s vision for Chaozhou cuisine emphasizes the importance of using only the freshest seafood. At his restaurant, patrons can select their preferred seafood from a dedicated counter, where the staff or chef will suggest various cooking methods.

It’s actually a direct transliteration of the owner, Chef Daniel’s name. This restaurant offers authentic Teochew cuisine with innovative culinary skills. Situated among the shophouses at Kampong Bahru, where several cafes are located, it’s worth noting that they also run Cow Kaffe right next door. During dinner time, the cafe is transformed into an additional dining space for Daniu.
We tried the following dishes:

The standout is definitely the roe crab, packed full of golden crab roe. Additionally, the braised goose is tender and well-marinated.

The standout is definitely the roe crab, packed full of golden crab roe. Additionally, the braised goose is tender and well-marinated.

生腌海鲜在中国潮汕地区很普遍,老板张志柯将这些特色引进新加坡,如生腌膏蟹、虾、皮皮虾(濑尿虾)、生蚝和鱼生。这些海鲜都是经过特别处理,先以白酒浸泡再腌制和冷冻,保留海洋的鲜美。
大牛潮汕海鲜餐馆的新年套餐从四人份$588至10人份$1588,1月20日推出至2月29日。除了潮汕鱼生,还有冷膏蟹、潮州卤鹅、酸梅蒸黑鳗鱼、糯米蒸螃蟹、芋头酥等潮汕风味。
