Haven’t seen this fella on our feed in awhile, the BEAR CLAW. For those who aren’t familiar, a bear claw is quite simply a “sweet, yeast-raised pastry, a type of Danish” (thanks wiki!).

Ours filled with hazelnut chocolate ganache & house jam. Double the filling, double the deliciousness. And yes! ours is 100% sourdough. �
