Decadent yet refreshing, our new favourite after-dinner dessert is this pretty entremet of mint chocolate mousse with a core of luscious mint chocolate ganache perched on a mint chocolate brownie.

𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁
We sure put the 𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 in this tart with a very tangy filling of lime curd and orange confit. Helping to temper the sour citrus notes are a thin layer of vanilla sponge tucked at the bottom of the vanilla tart shell and sunshine-coloured rows of silky Chantilly cream on top.
𝗧𝗼𝗳𝘂
We first launched Tofu in December 2022 as a Joo Chiat outlet exclusive and have now relaunched it online and in both stores with a couple of tweaks.
We’ve amped up the amount of silken tofu in the recipe and instead of separate components of vanilla mousse and roasted buckwheat, we now use buckwheat-infused crème anglaise mousse, which is less sweet and nuttier in flavour. This new version also has a sable cookie base to add textural crunch.

Calling all pistachio lovers! Our new pistachio dessert takes the form of an upright roll cake featuring oh-so-soft chiffon sponge doubly filled and topped with pistachio cream and raspberry compote.

Meet Blossom, a dainty flower whose petals are composed using strawberry yoghurt mousse tinged with elderflower. Encased within are strawberry compote, feuilletine and rose sponge, while a bright yellow dome of strawberry curd sits on top.

Baked to an alluring golden-brown, our handmade shortcrust pastry is buttery and oh-so-fragrant. The filling is a treasure trove of pineapple and longan chunks stewed with honey and butter, and a light almond cream for more oomph.
And to match the occasion, we’ve adorned the tart with the cutest little fortune cat and a ‘gong xi fa cai’ banner—both edible!
