Suffering from Covid 19 brought back anxiety attacks I have not experienced for more than 20 years. I share my learnings this time around and compared it to over 20 years ago. During that period I also completed 'In Love with the World' by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, whose contemplation during his fear of dying helped me. I read a section of his book, but it contains deeper teachings of why we train our minds.
