When I took over, owners were overly worried that why their unit can’t be sold. Previous agents told them to lower their price tag below valuation and even suggested nonsensical planning and strategy for them.

This unit was indeed an ultimate challenge.

With the right attitude, marketing strategy and importantly the trust that owners placed in me..

I managed to secure one particular group of buyer and negotiated the deal successfully!

Managed to secure an exclusive buyer through one of my unit’s presentation last week.

They were DIY buyers(without an agent representation) and have been viewing multiple units since a couple months ago. My unit was also rejected by them due to certain factors which didn’t met their requirements and left.

Long story short, they sent a WhatsApp over and asked if I could be their appointed agent for their purchase. I was surprised too and I replied of course! But why me?😄

They said that they saw the value adding elements in me that I shared openly during the presentation and importantly, they felt comfortable with the attitude I’ve adopted and the way I presented the unit. 😬
