Kitchen Crew
Responsibilities:

1. Prepared food according to the company standard (soup, eggs, char siu and ect.)
2. Prepared Mise en place (sauce, vege, tea, rice and etc.) and cook all the food follow to the company SOP and recipe
3. Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
4. Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
5. Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls.65. Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience assisting in kitchens.
2. Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
3. The ability to stand for extended periods.
4. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. The ability to work in a team.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Effective communication skills.
