Who doesn't have excuses, you probably ask.

We all have excuses especially when they are real and valid and these made them even stronger.

Instead of looking from the perspective that excuses are bad, we can ask ourselves why we are creating these excuses.

Sometimes, these excuses can be a cover up for something deeper.

They can be negative emotions or limiting beliefs which we are scared to face.

So try asking yourself
1. Why do we create these excuses?
2. What am I avoiding?
3. How do we feel when we face the things or emotions we are avoiding?

We all are meant to pursue our dreams and our aspirations.

And what inspires me is to reach out to the people in this world to bring them back into their bodies.

To let them know it is not scary to be in their bodies.

To help them feel the emotions which they had long lost connection with.

To guide them to achieve their dreams through releasing past hurt.

I've met many people who felt with their heads and viewed their lives like outsiders.

Why did this happen?

They experienced traumatic events in their lives and decided it was not safe to feel emotions.

Because feeling emotions made them cry, made them feel that something was wrong with them.

They needed to do the right thing, so they push the emotions down and repeatedly told themselves that everything is OK.

They chose the emotions they think was right.

They chose to feel happy, excitement, optimistic, whatever made them feel good.

So they abandoned their feelings which made them feel lousy or want to cry because these emotions pulled them down.

But these feelings were not released from their bodies.

They were suppressed.

And whenever something triggered them, they got agitated, jealous or angry.

Because the vibration of those negative emotions that triggered them was still trapped in their body.

The external event was resonating to the trapped emotions and rang the alarm that caused the agitation, jealousy or anger.

Release these trapped emotions and external events will not trigger us anymore.
