Just concluded 1st session for Strong Knees and Joints Program.

The trainer shared his journey from how he suffered a bad injury to his knee ligaments and cartilage, from having pain walking & climbing stairs to bouncing back and become stronger and more active than before.
Many people expect recovery to be a straight line, but in real life, there are ups and downs. So long as we are progressing, be patient and don't lose faith. Our body is intelligent to do healing work for us.
