Me: we have caregiver course, if you want to learn again can join.
CG: Sir I don’t want to pay again, agency can give free training ?

When you show your certificate, you are telling the whole world that you are “qualified caregiver”

What did you learn during class and how did you get certificate ?

Sometime you are busy with work and don’t practice what you learned in the class, we understand
So, Agency give in-house training to help you recall what you might have forgotten

You paid for the course / spent the time and get certificate, but did not learn anything and expect agency to teach you within short period of time ? That’s quite impossible

Reminder: if you are attending any course, please be responsible for yourself: pay attention to the class / read up after class and practice whenever you can

CG: sir I learn already can I try again ?
Me: that’s very fast, maybe you are not ready
CG: sir I learn already, pls give me a chance
Me: okay you come again for assessment

CG came again for assessment
CG has some improvement but still quite far
CG has good attitude
Me: okay we will help you, today you have 2 hours training we teach you, next time when you are free you must come again for training also. We accept you to work as caregiver, you need to work hard okay ?
CG: yes thank you sir

After training CG msg:
CG: sir now you offer salary is S$600, now I have training can I ask for salary S$650 ?
Me: ???!!! ???!!! ————
CG: now I go another agency they can accept me already …..
Me: you can join another agency, good luck
