Late Mar 2022, I planted some snow pea seeds in my mum's backyard garden in Sydney. After 55 days of snow pea growing period, here is my first harvest. They are SUPER fresh, organic and crunchy! 😋

A special dish from my mum in Sydney before I fly back to SG. My mum is Hakka, so her favorite savory is '客家算盘子' - Hakka Abacus Seed. This time is special, 4 color combo, made with yam, purple sweet potatoes, wormwood grass and pumpkin. Super delicious! 😋🥰

Freshly picked an organic pumpkin from backyard garden (Sydney) and made a [ Steamed Egg Custard Pumpkin ] dessert! 😋

Freshly home made [ Chive Kueys ] from organic chives harvested from backyard in which I planted from seeds 2 years ago - Sydney! 😊

Currently in Sydney, weather is getting cold here, night time can be as low as 6 degree C! while having a bit of time on hand, I created a few more patisserie items, hope you like 😊.

It's been quite a while ago since I made this HK style char siew bao. So, I decided to do it this week. The process requires a few days to develop the sourdough before making the actual bao dough so that the blooming will occur during steaming 😋.

Samples of applying fruity cremeux and infused flavored ganache to create patisserie, such as these oblong tarts 😊!

When it comes to creating tasty Pâtisserie, using custard, ganache or cremeux is key to deliver the unique flavor, texture and presentation. Here is a short list of what I created using a broad range of ingredients to show what is possible 😋!
