"Had an appointment with Carmen today at 10am and she was ready to greet me warmly. I was served with a drink of my choice and work started promptly. She answered all my questions patiently and due to me having a "virgin hair" she wasn't afraid to inform me of the reality of not getting the exact color that I wanted. Nevertheless she did a great job and im definitely satisfied with the outcome. Due to the great service by the staff and the ambiance of the place, i took up a package with them (not being pushed by the way) and will definitely return."
