Heat styling, whether its blow drying or straightening, can be crucial to maintain our day to day hair. But as we all know, too much of heat on our hair can be damaging. 😥

Good news for you - you don't always need to spend a fortune at the salon to minimise or prevent this damage. 🤩 With the right habits, you can still have gorgeous looking hair that looks salon-worthy! 💁🏻‍♀️

Here are some very simple styling tips you can follow at home:

1️⃣ Always. Use. Heat Protection Spray. Any spray works, but if you ask us, we like the GHD heat protection spray.

2️⃣ Use conditioner everyday, and home hair treatment (i.e hair masks 2-3x a week). This helps give the hair the nutrients and moisture that it needs, and that were potentially lost after consistent heat styling.

3️⃣ Try to blow dry your hair, especially your scalp. A prolonged damp scalp will encourage bacteria build up and affect hair strength, growth and overall nutrient absorption. But be sure to use heat protectant first!

We know the struggles of being blonde - maintenance! But that shouldn't stop you from getting the hair of your dreams. 🤩 Here are some tips you can follow easily below!👇🏼

• Use a strengthening & hydrating mask or treatment instead of a regular conditioner. 💆🏼‍♀️ Be sure to use it at least 2x a week for best results!

• Use Purple Shampoo 2x a week 💜 This is key to counter yellowing. We recommend L'Oreal's Silver Shampoo as it not only counters yellowing, but also prevents further drying.

• Blow dry after washing your hair. 💨 Bleached hair can clump easily as they're wuite drying. Blow drying can help reduce the chances of it clumping.
