三人服量，Serves 3 persons

功能：清闰提神
Purpose : To invigorate the functions of lungs

用法：用300g 排骨或鸡配合药材，或用适量冰糖配合药材，加入六碗水，煮二小时，即可服用
Usage : Put herbs together with 300g of pork or chicken meat or rock sugar into a pot . Add 6 bowls of water and boil for about 2 hours . Ready to serve.

3/4 人服量, serves 3/4 persons
功能：補中益气，增强体制
用法：用300g 排骨或整只鸡配合药材，加入5碗水，煮3-4小时，即可食用，每人一碗。
Purpose: To revitalize energy and build up a stronger constitution.
Usage : Put herbs together with 300g of pork ribs or 1 whole chicken into the pot . Add 5 bowls of water and boil 3-4 hours .Serve one bowl per person .
