First of all, we’d like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone for your well wishes and your invaluable
support. One of the best things about running our little enterprise has been the people we’ve met
along the way ❤ and the kindness and friendship we’ve experienced from so many. We were very sad to close the shop and we miss interacting with you!
It’s been crazy moving everything lock, stock and barrel (again)! We’ve had a few delays here and
there, but overall things are moving, if a bit slower than expected. We know folks are looking forward to having their favourite ice creams again, so in the interim we’re running as a home-based business.

Dear friends, a lot has been happening lately! This post probably won't be able to cover it all, but it's a heads up.
You might know by now that we have been planning to close our retail shop and go online, due to various reasons, COVID being among them. There's been some delay and some uncertainty but we've finally settled on a last day of service. which will be this Saturday, 9/10. We'll both be around to say "See you later" and to serve our last fresh Belgian waffles!

Dear all, Ellie had to have her 2nd Vaccination shot today! She's going to need some time to recover so unfortunately the shop will be closed today (14/7/21). Our deepest apologies and we hope to see you soon!

Basque Cheesecake ice cream. 1 little cup that takes at least 1 hr of effort. Those bits you can see are real, burnt, caramelised bits. No, we don't just take a baked cheesecake and blend it. No we don't use any shortcuts or chemicals to get the flavour we want. We only make a tiny batch of pints or cups at one go because Ellie knows the best treats take time, love and dedication. ❤

Ellie loves some sunshine, but we have had quite a lot of it these past few days. 😆 Thankfully she's able to cool herself down with some fruity ice cream treats while revelling in some bright flavours. Pictured here is Orange Crush, a comeback flavour we havent had in a while. Freshly juiced navel oranges poured into our delectable scoops and pints. 😋

Our Stilton blue cheese is winging its way to us and we have an estimated arrival date! Little did Ellie know that this flavour would become so popular 😁. For those of you who have been waiting, thank you for your patience 🙏 it's almost here!

Got some place to be but need a snack? Ellie's a busy elephant and always needs something to keep her going and she's always happier with some quality grub. You'll find our takeaway waffle sandwiches a step above the usual!

Ellie loves oranges! She had to scritch and scratch her head but an elephant's memory is thankfully a good one and the recipe for Orange Crush was reborn! Currently scooping in store!
