Even artisanal sakes were made to be enjoyed. We're introducing the "Chidorikushi" which specifically pairs well with our yakitori skewers. Its low alcohol content allows customers to enjoy the yakitori to their heart's content along with sake without being too tipsy.

7月1日から1週間〜10日間ほど「改装工事」の為、休業します。
新装後の予約は、7月に入ってから受け付けます。悪しからず

昨夜えらい目にあった。
予約満席予定で店を開けると、排気ダクトファンが動かない。気付いた時点で２組は来店済み。
焼き物焼くと煙が店内に充満。
まだ来店していないお客さんに電話で事情説明(予約のキャンセル)するも、当然「ご立腹」。
8:30pmに強制閉店し、屋根裏のダクトを調査。結果、ファンとモーターをつなぐVベルトに亀裂が入り外れていた。
型番をネット検索し、今日サプライヤーに直接出向き、物をゲット。
昨日のお客さん「ごめんなさい」だぜ。

MOHからのお達し。
HMI主催のCOVID19関連管理者セミナー受講。

平日に4時間も時間を奪われる。同時間の受講者では日本人は僕だけだった。
店はアプリでワクチン完了(緑の)サインが全員確認できれば5人まで受付。それ以外は2人。結果、飲食店にばっかり手間がかかる事に。営業出来ないよりはマシだが。

営業再開1週間延長。😭

昨日、来週の営業再開(予想)を鑑み、サプライヤーに物を発注。で、今日届く。
あ～あ。

だが、(延長は)1週間、、、ま、良しとしよう。

シンガポールは今日から飲食店は通常営業出来ない。「お持ち帰りのみ」可能となる。
当店は月曜から1ヶ月間、弁当のみ、「消極的営業」をする。
