Mr. Goh, the owner of a wet market fish stall at Ayer Rajah-Gek Poh, has been serving fresh seafood for 13 years. Since joining the CDC Vouchers Scheme in 2021, his business has improved significantly. He is especially happy that the app is hassle-free and easy-to-use.

Using everyday materials like empty soft drink cans, mung beans, and craft paper, these projects are both enjoyable and sustainable.

1,100 families in Boon Lay received specially curated household packs on Saturday as part of the annual ExxonMobil Household Pack Distribution, as part of Adopt @ South West.🎁

Minister Desmond Lee and Mr Shawn Huang joined over 300 staff volunteers and their families from ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd to distribute household packs to residents in Boon Lay division. Residents received household and essential items to help them defray their household expenses.

Thank you to ExxonMobil and all volunteers for your strong support towards Adopt @ South West and for uplifting the lives of our residents! 🌈 ✨

This time, our food hunt brings us to Viet Corner at 217 Bukit Batok Street 21, a hidden gem in the West serving affordable Vietnamese fare in a hawker centre. What's so special about this stall is that it uses fresh ingredients with minimal oil and relies on more herbs and vegetables to ensure that you are eating healthier.

What can you try? Definitely the special beef pho that comes with mixed beef items such as beef slices and beef balls, with a flavourful broth. You will love the blend of refreshing herbs, hoisin sauce, and chili too.

There are also about 10 types of Banh Mi to choose from, as well as rice dishes such as lemongrass chicken rice and grilled pork sausage rice, and noodles like curry chicken noodle and rice vermicelli noodle with grilled prawn sausages. Side dishes include Vietnamese spring rolls, chicken salad, pancakes, and chicken wings.🥗🌯
