As you walk into the reception area, you are greeted by a refreshing and vibrant ambience. The dual-tone wooden floor introduces a sense of warmth and contrast, softening the overall aesthetic. Adding a touch of nature, a sizable grass wall in the reception area serves as a revitalizing natural element.🍃 As way to exhibit the company’s scope of industry, F&N products are placed in the entrance area, communicating their distinctive identity.🥤

Further emphasizing their brand identity, F&N’s signature green and red tones are incorporated in furniture and flooring accents, creating an inviting and cohesive atmosphere. To balance the palette, complimentary black-grey tones, open ceilings with hanging lamps, and sleek black metal furniture pay homage to industrial design.💡

With a focus on maximizing productivity, our design offers a variety of seating options for employees, ranging from sofas and hot desks to a café-like setting. AI Associates Indonesia has completed a build project for INTO University Access Centre. This inviting and inspiring environment combines fun and vibrant colors with engaging elements, carefully crafted and assembled into creating an immersive and dynamic learning experience. It was a collaborative endeavor between designer and our team of builders.

Upon entering the lobby, you are greeted by a custom-made dual-tone sofa. Its premium Hikaron fabric and unique wavy form invites you to indulge in a moment of relaxation. Complementing this focal point, the backdrop incorporates Jati Belanda wooden slabs, coated with rich shades of brown, emanating a warm and welcoming ambiance throughout the space.

At AI Associates, we believe that attention to detail is paramount. We source high-quality materials and utilized superior finishing techniques to ensure every piece of furniture and surface pleases both the eyes and the touch.

The desks and lockers features “Open Desk” design, crafted using a single sheet of sustainably-sourced Scandinavian Birch plywood BB grade. This type of wood not only guarantees strength and durability, but also adds a distinct multi-layered aesthetic. The precision of CNC-cutting and the smooth veneer finish give the tables and lockers a clean and sleek appearance.

These desks are placed in the workstations and meeting room, offering spacious work surfaces equipped with a continuous central cable-management system that runs the full length of each desk. Additionally, the collapsible lockers feed a unique design that combines style and functionality, elevating the overall aesthetic of the space.

For private meetings, we've crafted dedicated multi-colored meeting rooms, providing a quiet and focused space for important discussions. The examination room features privacy panels, a striking staggered timber wall, and track lighting. To add a touch of creativity, colorful pop art paintings adorn the walls.

Creating an instinctual and youthful transitional space, the use of glass and layout forms a sense of transparency. The incorporation of biophilic elements, such as sustainable materials and varied greenery, fosters well-being and enhanced creativity.

With its clean, contemporary, and centered design, the reception area warrants professionalism with clients. The use of timber and brown accents brings some warmth into the bright and white interior. Low-profile lighting adds to the minimalistic approach, drawing attention to meaningful discussion and creating a focused atmosphere.

With a focus on flexibility, the customer service area is equipped with lounges, communal areas, and designated hangout spots. Natural colors, timber laminate, and raw concrete-like textures harmoniously blend to offer both form and function.

The use of biophilic elements such as moss walls softens the room, simultaneously acting as a symbol of perseverance and longevity, breathing life into the workspace. The openness of the space promotes engagement and interactions, providing ample space for socialization, collaboration, and relaxation in the game area. 🌿🧘

Targeting various audiences is no problem with AI Associates as we envisioned a new groundbreaking food court concept targeting youngsters in Singapore. Managed by SG F&B Management Pte. Ltd., this innovative food court is located in Funan Mall, spanning across approximately 10,000 sq ft.

Our vision was to create a refreshing and natural theme space with a modern café-like ambiance, setting it apart from the traditional local food courts and reinforcing the company's unique brand.

To cater to different groups, we have incorporated various seating options, including a dessert corner, benches, long dining tables, bar counters, and a salad bar corner, offering diverse dining experiences. The space is adorned with hanging planters and a grid ceiling that provides continuous indirect lighting, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere for diners.

We have also paid attention to the layout of the food court, ensuring clear circulation spaces that facilitate easy navigation for diners. The flooring features a combination of terrazzo and timber vinyl, with a striking peranakan vinyl tile at the center, further enhancing the natural theme and fostering a sense of local identity in Singapore.

The +/- 40 000 sq ft space is reimagined with a focus on providing warm, sustainable and human-centered workplace for work and collaboration. The design features natural and environmentally friendly materials, lush greenery, multifunctional areas, custom modular seating systems and cozy Work Cafés located on every floor.

Through thoughtful planning, we achieved flexibility and accessibility by dividing the floorplan into 6 building blocks, designed with activity-based working in mind. This allows employees to choose a work setting based on their task, becoming an element of wayfinding, teamwork and promotes a sense of identity.

This office was transformed into a truly "home away from home" from sofa seating to conducive meeting rooms. No matter where you are seated, this warm and welcoming ambience is sure to promote comfort and hospitality.
